Nowadays, he channels that same energy into taking genuine pride in every single job. In his spare time, he loves nothing more than walking his own dogs—and on the job, meeting your four-legged family members is easily his favourite part of the day!

The experienced hand of the operation and our resident village beekeeper. If it’s got a flue, he’s swept it! He’s a big believer in honest work, traditional values, and taking genuine pride in every job.
When he’s not tending to his bees or escaping for a relaxing Shepherd’s Hut holiday, you'll usually find him out enjoying the countryside. P.S. If you ask nicely (and offer a coffee!), he might even bring along a jar of his delicious local honey!
